Our VOLTi4 and eBulkPlus online systems harness world-class technology to minimise the time, complexity, cost and risk associated with employment screening. Both are proprietary Security Watchdog systems.

Since 1998, Security Watchdog has been at the forefront of the employment screening industry, helping to establish best practice industry standards in the world of employee background checks and working with the then Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) (now known as the now Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)) to develop the eBulk software that now drives the DBS checking system.

Our own enhanced version eBulkPlus is now a main-stay service offering to our 30,000-plus DBS clients, both hosted and under our umbrella licensed system.

Capita Plc acquired Security Watchdog in 2012 in a purchase which brought together the family ethos of the Basingstoke SME with the global traction of a major consulting, transformation and digital services business. Since then, Security Watchdog has gone from strength to strength in terms of sector growth, and the development of new products and services.
